Absent from an exam (1 Viewer)

Okkk well heres the deal, I went to the doctors on Monday and was told I have Bronchitis... YAY! Anyways I had an exam on Tuesday and I was feeling so sick that I couldnt go to it. I have a doctors certificate for that day and it states on the unit outline that if I am unable to attend that exam I hand in a doctors certificate to my tutor and I will resit the exam in week 14. Does this mean I will still have to hand in the special consideration document as per university policy? :/
