Hey people,

So I want to apply for a job at uni and it asks for "A copy of your academic record".

What exactly is that? Is it just an academic transcript? The one you get from the main office. And if so would I need an official one or is an unofficial one OK? Because my understanding is that the official one takes some time to print out (few days) while you can get the unofficial one right then and there. (Both incur a fee for some reason).

Thanks.

They would be asking for your transcript. It's best you get an official one and you could get them on the spot as well but it costs $10 more. Also unofficial transcripts, or advising transcripts, are for free, you don't get charged for them.
