Hey when i got my offer there was a box on the UAC website to accept it. I ticked it and saved it. Does that mean I have accepted my offer or do I have to go there in person as well??

um..I dont know - there was actually a box saying Accept ?
wait for the mail to arrive, because that usually has clearer details on how to accept and enrol

You've accepted your offer!, so you don't need to send the UAC letter to confirm it - I just did mine! But you still need to enrol in person after accepting the offer.
