Add another Degree during 2nd year? (1 Viewer)

Say if I am just doing a single degree during my 1st year, am I allowed to add an extra degree during my 2nd year if I wanna do a Double Degree??

Are there any requirements (e.g. achieve a certain WAM or over??)???
