Release: Beginning of May 2005
Adobe Creative Suite Premium: US$1,199.00
This time many people will get the whole Suite instead of Photoshop CS2 only. It includes:
.......................................................................................................................
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Some new features are:
Adobe Bridge - An image gallery inside of Photoshop. Very nice and handy!
Multiple Layer Control - Ahh! For our mouse clickers this will be a relieve. Easy marking and fomatting of layers on the actual psd picture.
Vanishing Point - Imo this Has been half there with the transform tool already, but makes it even more easy to stretch objects
Smart Objects - WOW! Remember when making a pic smaller. Then making it bigger again and it was pixeled and unclear? With setting it to a smart object, that wont happen anymore
Image Warp - Easily bend a picture over (for 3d effect), skew it, etc. Nice one, hasnt been part of the "transfrom" tool yet.
Some really nice cool possibilities there.
.......................................................................................................................
Illustrator CS2
To easily convert bitmaps/.. into scaled files that are editable. I dont use that, so please go to the link provided below.
.......................................................................................................................
InDesign CS2
A very nice feature that allows you wide text editing. Those who have to edit texts, know that Photoshop is just not the tool for it. Til now I had to go for Corel Draw as alternative (which i dont like), InDesign is Adobes answer.
Now also supports Word / RTF formats, xml exports made easy.
Nice!
.......................................................................................................................
GoLive CS2
it says "powerful mobile authoring tools based on CSS/XHTML, SVG Tiny, SMIL, and other global standards"
doubt i will ever use it, but here's a screenie:
