i've always done speeches roughly like essays, except not quite as polished off because no one notices structure in a speech: content and presentation are more important
the other thing is it is difficult to have a set structure because there's no visual validation of it, you never listen to a speech and say "hey! they outlined every point, explained and gave an example"
just give rough points in the beginning and keep your language very concise and clear, no fancy-pants words that require a dictionary
thanx for the advice,,,i did my speech yesturday,,,it was ok,,but apparently they also mark your hard copy too,,,,ill just have to waite and find out what i got..thanx again
