Is Aeronautical Engineering good?
I'm in yr12 right now, and I really enjoyed the space module in physics-
is that reason enough to consider Aeronautical Engineering as a serious option @ uni?

Oh, and is the maths really difficult? Or is it more theory based?

That's a rather subjective thing

That will have very little relevance to the Aeronautical Engineering degree. However, it will relate quite well with all branches of Space Engineering, which is a specialisation which can be taken on top of Aeronautical, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering

is that reason enough to consider Aeronautical Engineering as a serious option @ uni?
Again, that's a subjective thing

Difficult compared with what?
The theory is where most of the more difficult maths is. Alot of the practical/application focused subjects tend to use numerical methods (which is based on theoretical maths, but IMHO is easier) and some simpler "back of the envelope" calculations.

Cheers.
