hey all
ive been told that to get better marks i should include allusions to other texts. besides my teacher refusing to tell me how to do that correctly, (Eg- do you include a footnote explaining the allusion and the text?) im not sure if we have to use the advanced and ext 1 texts for allusions? is this how we are supposed to link our mw to the other courses?
your thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

allusions could just be to the genre that u are writing to link to.
i m writing revenge tragedy and allude to other texts in which similar situations have occured...

Yeah, sometimes i half quote things.
Or I'll use the same symbols. Its a sort of gamble, i think most of the references wont be picked-up, but im sure i would have added some subconciously too.
