Hey, I'm 16 and 185cm tall and weigh 85kg and am wanting to lose about 15-20kg. Am I doing a good diet and exercise plan?
Running for 30 minutes every day
Breakfast: Chia seeds with water, fruit salad
Lunch: Whole meal sandwich with vegetables and breast chicken (grilled) NO dressings.
Dinner: No carbs - salad and sometimes a small portion of meat
I've cut coffee, soft drinks etc. drinking ONLY water. 5L per day.
No snacking, cut all sweets.
Do I need to make any improvements or adjustments? Thanks in advance for your input!
