Hi legal studies students! :)

I'm doing the Anita Cobby(R v Murphy) case for my first legal assignment and was completely stuck in finding anything on/understanding:
- the case leading to changes in the law.
- non-legal measures helping achieve justice.
- the use of discretion (was it used well throughout the case, and who says?)

And I've been on the LIAC Crime Library and read the "Murdoch, Murphy, Murphy & Murphy v R (1987) 37 A Crim R 118, (NSW Court of Criminal Appeal, 14 December 1987. This decision is not available on Austlii. Is available from LexisNexis Unreported Judgments. (Available at the State Library.)" I can't find this anywhere on the State Library. And I'm still pretty confused on what it meant by 'unreported judgments' because I know that they were all convicted for murder and had been charged with lifetime imprisonment and their files are "never to be released". Am I missing something? :frown2:

Any sort of help is appreciated,
Thank-you in advance!
:)
