Trust me *wink*
Ok I use cyberlink Power2Go and i burnt the disc and it told me to throw in a writable disk .... I threw in:
1. Teac DVD-R 4.7 Gb High Capacity single sided x4 speed
2. Teac DVD+R "" ""
And the computer just spits it back out after making some rather scratchy noises .... the burner is: QSI CDRW/DVD SBW212C ... ok ... now i just realised that this damn thing doesnt burn DVD's I thought it did but anyhow ....
Even on my pc when i throw in these disc the scratchy noises come up and then nothing happens and the computer doesnt recognise it ...
on the back of the DVD-R pack it says:
"BEFORE USING: if you have doubtsas to the compatibility of these new 4x high speed discs with your drive, contact your hardware manufacturer before attempting to use as ur drive may require firemware update. Without this you can cause permenant damage to ur drive ...
WTF is this on about? seriously? This is on a NEW laptop computer ...
