This should be really simple but i'm not sure if i'm doing it right:

2sin^2x - 1 = 0

N/A
sin2x=1/2
sinx=+1/sqrt2
x=pi.n + pi/4, where n is an integer.

2·sin²(x) - 1 = 0

sin²(x) = ½

sin(x) = ± √2 / 2

x = 45º, -45º, 135º, -135º etc.
