Can anyone else not stand poetry? I just don't get into it. What is good poetry? The worst is the rhyming stuff.. sorry, but that's just my opiion.. I'm not meaning to offend anyone. Does anyone agree with me?

My view is completely opposite of yours.

I love poetry and the rhyming just makes it even more special. I find that poetry is a great way to express yourself, about how you feel a certain way towards something...etc.. I preffer rhyming poems, although theres lots of different types.

i hate most poetry. i only like the ones that are cleverly written and have meaning or convey ideas or cleverly disguise a situation which you need to delve deeper to understand. excpet i hate analysing poems, even though it helps me make sense of it all.

I'm not big on poetry, it's like just say it already but there are some poems I totally love.

Yeah i like straight forward poetry. I hate analising a poem that makes no sense, and trying to work out what it means.
