Ive got through my interviews and stuff now i have only the Officer Selection Board to go. Just wondering if anyone on here has been through the OSB and could give me a bit of insight into the whole interviews and stuff.

You wont get anywhere with an attitude like that. Im prepare to answer actual questions, but not write out my whole experience. Besides that would be breaking the rule they set about not divulging information about it.

Here's a tip: Study everything, and talk to some ADF personnel, and they will give you some tips and that will go down well.

^ The recruitment process is ridiculously long. It takes like 4 months when it can be condensed into a long day.

Yeah well, I had to do specialist testing and a maths test so that accounts for a bit, but then again I still have a lot of stuff everyone regardless of job choice has to get done.

wat are some of the harder questions they ask you and how long does the actual OSB go for.
