was wondering if its hard, how hard it is? what level maths you need and also whats the difference between applied and regular finance!

Applied Finance is a Key program while Finance is just a major, alot of the units you would cover in Applied finance would be covered in the Finance major. So there would be no real difference in terms of difficulty. Check out the Handbook on the UWS website for more info on the units you would cover.
