Just wondering if there are people out there who dont accept the first round offer.
Reasons?

never do taht... u can always withdraw before 31st march to avoid payin hecs...

but course places become available often even in non vacancy (as listed in 1st round) courses.
so obviously some people dont accept offers.

Today, in the bach arts ( i think 6 letters or so), bach arts and sciences, bach liberal studies (international)? sign ups there were about 20 enrolment forms not taken
