Anyone doing IT (in particular MM or Graphics)... This forum is so empty...

How are you finding the subject? Do you need any help?

Yeah I'm doing MM, I love it with a passion, its currently one of my best subjects and just handed in my major *cross fingers for luck!!* HSC soon and I'm also studing hard for that. Notes are fairly good at the moment, but if anyone wants to add to them feel free to PM me :D

i know this is a bit late i was doing graphics but i ended up dropping it was corresponding and it was just difficult for me to keep going coz i have such a busy life =]

Im doing graphics.... can anyone tell me of a good textbook that i can buy that will explain all the industry stuff...plz

There is only one fully published book that covers the HSC course, http://www.kjspublications.com.au/it.html. However when I looked though it a year or so ago, it seemed a bit outdated and not very useful. I don't think it covers the Industry Study section very well.

But apart from published books, besides your teacher and researching on your own from various government sites and such, I would recommend the CSU HSC Online site, and the BOS Biki (http://www.boredofstudies.org/wiki/index.php?title=HSC:Technology#Industrial_Technology).

thanks for reply... but it just me or is graphics mainly the production or your major work... ie: the majority of class time is meant to be spent on what exactly??

the syllabus does not specify. however it does say there should be class time allocated for both production of the major work and the industry study.
