Hi I called up the main admissions office and they said I can put in a application till the 21st of January , but they said they are already giving out offers. Is it still worth it to put my application in now?

I would probably put one in now to be honest. Usually what happens is a lot of people who get early entry now reject it once they have received their UAC offers.
