Application of Calculus (1 Viewer)

I'm not a great formulas man, I can understand something alot better, if I know what it is used for. Even if it's simply the first deriv = grad. etc.

How else do you apply calculus to everyday life... or even other mathematics?

btw. I only do 2-unit... don't get all geeky on me

Calculus is used in motion, particularliy projectiles (that's not too geeky is it).

Calculus (with intergration) is used to determine volumes of irregular shapes.
