just the second part, like i know the method, by finding the number of years without the inheritance then subtracting it from with the inheritance

but im jus being lazzzzzy:(

i have tried it obviously... or else i wouldn't post it here, when i meant im being lazy, i mean cbb trying to figure out the mistake so maybe sum solution will help me realise the mistake

cnt photo it in the book, but this is what i did

i found A60 without the inhertience of 1500 by subbing 60 into the formula in i) and the answer came out to be quite large

then For A3, subbed 3 into the formula in i) and subtracted an extra $1500 which reduced the amount for a3 to 21421$, but i dont get where to go from here:/
