This Q I am struggling with:

A flask has 50 millilitres of water in it. A tap is turned on and in 10 seconds the flask is filled. The volume flow rate, R, of water is given by:
R=2(10-t), where R is measured in millimetres per second.
a) Draw a sketch of graph R against t.
b) At what rate is water flowing into the flask after 2 seconds.
c) Find a formula for volume in terms of time.
d) How much does the flask hold in millimetres?
e) How long does it take to half fill the bottle.

I did attempt the first two parts but aren't sure if they are right. I think I'm getting confused because R is really dR/dt as it's a rate right? And there's millimetres and millilitres mixing together :S

The question really doesnt make sense, but here is what I got out of it.
c)

d) and e)

Are the answers correct?
And also nothing can be millimetres because it says R is the Volume flow rate, i.e. dV/dt = mL/s
Most likely a typo.

^I don't have the answers will ask my maths teacher for them tomorrow. It's one of my school's past papers, I was so confused just reading it.

Thank you for the help though, and clarifying that the metres/litres thing is probs a typo.

So I've done a) and b) - sorry about having not written it up in LaTeX!
