okies... well now.... i am applying to UWS this coming year... i want to be a secondary teacher in the areas of HSIE... i have been informed that the avenues from teaching have changed... therefore i need to do an arts course (applied humanities, humanities, etc) i would like to know wat the focuses in this course are or have been and wat choices are there for me within the course...
do anybodi in here no anything to help me...

i don't do arts but you can get all the handbooks pretty much online now and they have pretty good descriptions of what's involved :)

and if you still need help, it'd be a good idea to give the student info centre a call - they're really helpful and have students working the phones from all different courses so you're bound to get someone who has plenty of good info to give you

I do B Arts and from I know, you complete 3 years of B Arts and then go onto B Education in the 4th year because UWS no longer offers B Education as an undergraduate degree. I know a few people who wants to do teaching, but I guess it depends on what you want to teach. What is HSIE?

hsie = human society and its environment... i want to teach sumthin lyk legal studies or society and culture...
