Arts(Gender Studies) + Arts(English)? (1 Viewer)

As there's no General->Arts forum, I thought I'd pose my B. Arts Advanced question here:

*Can you major in English and do Gender Studies?

See, I love the look of Tertiary English, but I also want to do gender studies to give my new political party (the Australian Masculinist Party) some street cred. So, can I do both subjects?

Gavrillo, the correct term is "Masculist", though many male rights activists prefer the term "Men's Rights Activist", "Male Rights Activist", or "MRA". You may also wish to join the Australian Intervarsity Male Rights Association (AIMRA), as well as sign up to men's rights groups such as the Sydney based Dads on the Air (www.dadsontheair.com), and the international Men's News Daily forum (www.mensnewsdaily.com/forum), to keep up to date on masculist events and theory.

I'm a BABMusStudies student at USYD with a major in Gender Studies. But watch out though - they don't really like students who don't toe the feminist line. That is, of course, an understatement, but i'm sure you get the point.
