I have an assessment task that i needa compelete, that i need help in i dont know how to do this. I began reading the annual reports which are jst telling that the problems but not how the managements handle this change or how was the theories of management applied.

Topic: Business management change
Task[Simplified]: Research an Aussie Business that is, or has recently experienced change, so i choose telstra

Outline the changes to a way which the theories of management has been appiled

Describe changes Internal and external environment

Evaluate Effectiveness managements decisions, info on overcoming resistance to change, strategies of managing change effectively.


Can somebody tell me how to do this assesment, where to start and how to start thnx!

Thnx for the help but im still confused, im fimiliar with the theories, its just that the changes i have found with telstra im having diffcuilty relating it to the theories. the rest im comftable with
