I reakon 94-96, however, your overall performance will mostly be determined by how well you do in the externals. Having an extra unit could help you out.

I strongly agree with this. ATAR estimate is not accurate as the Higher School Certificate (HSC) worth more than 50% and your school assessment mark goes up if you do well in the HSC.
