Aiming for an ATAR of 91, considering that I can do much better in the Maths exam than I currently am (missed an assessment at the start of the year), do you guys think its possible? Thanks in advance.

You're probably sitting at about 91 with those ranks. If you perform well in the exams, you will get 91+.
