Will I struggle to get into the low-90s with these trial ranks? Like is it gonna take a ton of work, or if I maintained same sort of marks (which I can't remember exactly off the top of my head) for each subject, am I on track?
My school ranked in the low 40s last year, but my year is supposed to be better. Teachers say we can get into 30s.

English Advanced: 38/105
Economics : 21/42
French : 16/16
Legal Studies : 8/17
Maths 2U : 54/68
Physics : 36/41

I reakon 82-86. As the externals are worth 50%, 90+ is possible but highly unlikely.

so is that the mark you think i get assuming i work around same amount get a relatively similar set of results? because tbh, i think i'm capable of more than what i got in the trials

Its possible, overall ranks would give a far more accurate estimate.

they can't give us overall ranks, but i can give you a guesstimate.

English: 38/105
Economics: 20/42
French: 12-13/16
Legal: 4-5/17
Maths 2U: 50/68
Physics: 29/41

that's sort of taking into account rankings for each assessment. sort of more like an average, with a bit more weight put on trials/half yearlies.

90+ is possible, but your 50/50 at the moment given those ranks. If your school is ranked ~30 you might be in with a chance (average ATAR is 91 ish).
