Just looking for an idea of what kind of ATAR I'm currently looking at with my current marks. Thanks in advance!

School rank: 495

English: 75% (1/15)
English Ext 1: 70% (1/2)
English Ext 2: 93% (1/6) <--- this one is via distance ed
Mathematics: 83% (2/12)
Maths Ext 1: 65% (1/2)
Physics 91% (2/5)
Chemistry: 78% (2/9) <--- this is my actual HSC mark, as I completed it last year

Can I ask how you get that result? That's pretty much exactly what the Talent 100 caluclator gives me. Does the rank in each class not matter as much as everyone says it does?

Rank is the only thing that matters for internals. Tbh i just did an educated estimate, but you can achieve even a higher atar if you do well in the actual HSC as you are ranked 1st in many subjects.

i'd say low 90s.

78 in chem is pretty trash dude but ignoring 1 unit of that.. anywhere from 80-98 considering you're 1st in every subject pretty much but a downie school. Remember all your results will rely on your externals so study as others in your cohort wont help you at all.. your externals are essentially 100% of your atar...
