Plutarch has some stuff I think, but Thucydides would be your most important source. If you can stand it, and can pick through what's made up and what's not, look at the comedy of Aristophanes. For a general overview of Greece, go for Bury and Meiggs all the way. (Oh and Pommeroy - see my list of sources for the name of the books I mention - is another general one which is more recent than Bury and Meiggs).
