Now I haven't touched Legal in... over eight months so from what I can gather:
1 B. It's not A because justice can occur through statute, it's not C because natural justice transcends human rights law. That leaves D, which I think is wrong because equality does not always mean justice (like is it just for a poor person who steals to be fined $100 while a very, very rich person gets the same $100 fine?)
2 D. It's not B or C for obvious reasons as statute and common law can also be unjust. That leaves A which I think is wrong because a just law doesn't have to be known to be just.
