my cousin owns and runs a garage and i was wondering if i get a job with him can i do my apprenticeship at the same time ? does he need to be registered or ...how does it work

Yes you could do your apprenticeship through your cousin's garage - go to www.newapprenticeships.gov.au for info on what employers need to do.

Alternatively your cousin can contact a group training organisation and ask them to set up the apprenticeship for you. Takes all the hassle out of the process.
