why is there a recommended studies for the HSC: Advanced English

And why when i saw the booket: that the career options includes journalist, policy maker etc.

I thought this was architecture? do i need to do english in uni if i pick this course?

im just saying... is english course in uni compulsory for architecture, and why is the carrier options, journalist etc..

I think that HSC Advanced English is listed because a lot of the skills you obtain from it (public speaking, presentations, etc) are required as an architect. As for Career Options, you don't have to become an architect after studying the degree. You can work for an architectural magazine as a journalist, or do a masters in planning or construction management, and pursue work in those fields.
