I'm from QLD, so I'm a bit unaware of USYD. Have you looked at the entry requirements? I know NSW universities are different to QLD and could be more competitive.

I did have look and saw that, so 91 is guaranteed, but does the uni have a set requirement?

Uac says the lowest selection rank last year was 73.6 so 70 is cutting it a bit close but it could change this year

Not sure about that tbh. But @c8 mentioned something important which OP might wanna have a look at.

The 73 looks like a mistake - the LSR can’t be lower than the lowest ATAR.

If you have an ATAR of 70 and you can't spell the name of the degree or the abbreviation of the university, maybe it's time to look at a trade.

Are we talking about the RBA, as in the Reserve Bank of Australia? It suits the context here I guess.
The meaning is there either way. It is actually so pointless what this discussion is even about. It's a typo, chill. It's not a life threatening situation endangering all life on Earth. We should be focusing on bigger issues, not that someone made a typo on a forum.
