this may sound crap but what do u put if u have goose bump like skin in the thigh area. ive had this problem for about a week and dont know what to put

I find exfoliating gloves are the best....just get that and some exfoliating body wash, it will get off all the dry stuff and then pack on the moisturiser and you should be sweet

<3 exfoliating gloves. They're so cheap, and they do a much better job of exfoliating compared to other mechanical body exfoliants.

umm for how long would i have to exfoliate?

yeah you can say that

it will improve after you exfoliate once with lots of moisturiser afterwards, but keep it up for a week and it should be completely cleared up.

If you want something quicker, put some of Lucas's paw paw ointment on it at night before you go to bed (you'll need to wear a pair of tights or wrap some cloth bandages around it)...overnight it will sink in and your problem should be solved

YES that stuff is the greatest!!
I used to get cracked/dry lips alot, and nothing else worked
and that stuff serioulsy healed them in like a week
