Band 6 - Raw Mark (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,
Would you know what raw mark someone should be aiming for to get a Band 6 in the Modern History HSC?
Also, what are the raw marks state rankers get?

80-85 looking at raw mark database

not sure about state ranks but for most subjects its 97+ aligned to have a chance, so maybe 95+ raw for modern?
