Anyone heard of Banjos Bakehouse, it's a tasmanian franchise. I work @ the only one in NSW, But do any of you work @ any of the other shops?

I love Banjos. There is like two in my town, and they are quite yum!

Whats the conditions like? They always seem pretty happy and upbeat!
