If that girl felt happy and confident in whatever she was wearing, then why should it bother anyone else? If someone's attire grosses you out that much, ignore them.

It doesnt offend me, or gross me out or anything. I'll occassionally laugh at them, the same way I laugh at skanky scrawney 15 year old girls who think layers of makeup and next-to-no clothes is attractive. Other than that, I really couldn't care

Grow up.

Whilst I agree that some people don't understand the concept of dressing to flatter their own figure, if someone feels comfortable in their clothes then who are we to judge. I suppose you're against larger people wearing bathing suits too?

if they are comfortable wearing it so be it... if they are wearing it pretending they are someone else

I don't necessarily enjoy seeing it, but it truly is a matter of whatever floats your boat, if they feel comfortable then who are we to judge? I'm sure they could find faults about you too.

Ultimate gross...

when a REALLY fat person walks around in REALLY tight hot pants... it makes you wonder if they have a sense of judgment? First they need to accept their condition, wearing tight clothing in order to show off your body is saying that they think their REALLLY fat ass is worth showing off...

now I don't mind fat people, it's just that they must dress as appropriate to their size.

Note: The usage of REALLY, implying i'm talking about a small minority.

if a large person feel comfortable about it, then i don't see the problem. if you don't like it, just don't look at her. theres no need to run home and bitch on an internet forum about it

They should know better. If a girl has extremely large thighs for example, one would think they'd give themselves the once over in the mirror and decide that "hey, my legs aren't my assets, maybe I'll wear something a little less revealing and more flattering".

If they decide to wear mini-skirts regardless and if it makes them happy then good for them, I say.

Maybe they can't help what size of clothes they can get? Of course I didn't see her, so I can say for sure, but I have lots of trouble finding clothes my size as I'm so tall, so often some of my clothes are tight.

Okay, well i'm going against the grain. While i'd never say anything to them, i care.

I like it when things look nice, i like seeing people look beautiful in clothing that fits and suits them. Maybe i'm just crazy, but i'd care if the world looked like they belonged on Jerry Springer.

Have you guys never looked at muffin top, boobs hanging out, old women in mini skirts, tiny girls in g-strings and smirked in a sort of repulsed way?

i like to see someone looking after themselves, and most often this means looking after their appearance. if a fat person dresses in a way that makes them look good, then thats great. however, many people dont dress for their body shape.

it doesnt "gross me out", but its not all that pleasant.

and i absolutely agree with skeeta about the bikini waxing. very few things repulse me more...

Maybe it doesn't look perfect, but it's her business how dress up. And actually it's cool that she is so self-confident and is not afraid to dress up the way she wants. I respect such people.

But what is it that she wants? To exaggerate her large figure?

If they are comfortable wearing it then yeah it's fine. But they should be prepared for some people to be disgusted by it and others to point and laugh.
