Hi all,

I have an interview with the store manager of Winston Hills Big W for a Big W Trainee Manager Position on Mon, and I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice? Has anyone ever done the trainee manager interview before and if so what is the interview process like?

just like any others. except that the manager will be looking at the leadership qualities in you, how you can manage the place when it is in a kaos, most likely he'll give you a few scenarios and see how you'll respond to them. don't worry about using big words and fancy language to juice it up, just relax and be yourself and you'll kill it.
