SO i got a call fropm bigw yesterday & they said my induction date is on the 17th. sice this is my first time i have worked at BIGW i was wopndering what happens in the induction ceremony? They told me it goes from 9am till 4pm

lol, its not much of a ceremony .... you basically go in a room with some others, watch heeps of videos, do some 'exercises', go on a tour of the store etc. boring, but you get payed well for it

well its beeing held at a bowling club.

I will not say what store i am working at for the sake of my own privacy, ut i will say im doing nightfill.

they give you lots of booklets, you watch lots of corny videos with old men dressed in old uniforms... they give you your badge eek: i know its all so exciting when they give you the badge)... the managers have a chat, some other people have a chat, you go through all the 'rules and regulations', store objectives and all this crap... its pretty boring but hey, you get paid

Ha. No one actually works during night fill at Big W. Esp. Thursday nights. They spend alot of time talking.

no i will be off probationary period 3 months after i start

YAY!!! this must be my lucky week
