Not correct.

Find the term independent of x in (2-1/x)^3 then multiply by 2.
ADD the term in 1/x in expansion of (2-1/x)^3 multiplied by 3
ADD the term in 1/x^2 in expansion of (2-1/x)^3 multiplied by -4
