Hey guys.
I've been experiencing bloating in the stomach for a while now, and I'm not sure why and if it's normal. In the morning after I wake up, if I drink just one glass of water, my stomach will literally turn into a semi-balloon.

I eat 3 meals a day, with small snacks in between. I heard that the reasons for bloating may be lack of protein or consuming too much fibre.

Any ideas/thoughts/advice?

Please and thank you! :)

see a doctor, but i think youre experiencing irritable bowel syndrome, so a few tablets that treats that disorder should help you....i get it all the time so it helps

:( It's a pain in the ass when you want to try and wear clothes that are slightly fitting in the stomach area.

Haha yeh. And the fact that the rest of my body isn't in proportion with the size of my stomach when it's bloated makes it even more dodgy.

it happens with both sexes, but it occurs more in female than in males
when i had stomach pains, the doctor prescribed me with capsules called Mintec, which you can buy from any pharmacy, if you need fast relief :)
