We are running BAT Sessions for all students in Sydney. It is a
free assessment for students to measure their financial aptitude for future
employers. It is a terrific opportunity for students and the tests will run
every day between the 5-7th December. We will be
proctoring all tests and be available on the day to assist the students.
Details are below:
You are considering a career in finance. But how can you show employers what
you have to offer? The BAT is your opportunity to showcase your knowledge and
skills to thousands of employers.
Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT) is a free online assessment which students can
take to measure their financial knowledge and aptitude.
No preparation is required for the test, and your scores are completely
anonymous so you have nothing to lose.
Tests will be run on 5, 6 and 7th December from 3-6pm and students are free to
register for any of those dates. To register go to:

And the finer details:
The BAT is a three-hour online test, taken in a proctored (i.e. invigilated)
environment at a Bloomberg LP office or a university hosted session. The BAT
was designed with leading financial institutions and academics to uncover
knowledge and skills relevant for a financial career. Scores will be anonymous
unless you agree to release personal information to employers.
Subject areas covered on the BAT include Finance Knowledge and Aptitude:
Corporate Valuation, Economics, Financial Markets, Financial Statements
Analysis, Investment Banking, Investment Management; Career Skills and
Aptitude: Analytical Reasoning, Math Skills, Modeling Skills, Situational
Judgment, Verbal Skills.

Will there be other dates later in the year/early next year? Considering that many universities are currently doing their exams, many students won't have the time.
