who has these? I just bought one at tuchuzi at Bondi beach and its really flattering and looks good with jeans, skirts, pants...everything.
I think there are some at museum and Bettina liano used to stock some gold ones.
I think i want to get another one in gold...

Its those jackets that finish short, like just under your boobs.

They are not ratty shops. Some poor uni students who live away from home like myself have the only option but to shop there

I have a white one that ties under the boobs
And a grey 3/4 sleeve one
Its fine if youre strapped of cash but if its the main source of clothing and you have the dough, WHY?

Some people dont care about the label, and not everything is trashy, especially VG, they have some quite nice stuff.
yeah natstar is v. right.
I don't consider myself to be trashy in the slightest and over the past year or 2 i have just grown to love vg. Some of my best and cheapest articles come from there... but like i said in another thread, it depends how you wear it. Like, if you wear a COMPLETE supre or vg outfit you can just tell that it cost nothing... BUT if you know how to shop with flair and dont mind spending some money on some articles of better quality then they're such good shops.
My favourite belt is 70s HOT and cost $13 at VG and everyone comments on it.

Agreed. There's nothing wrong with stuff bought from places like Valley Girl, like beckiki said.. if you mix them up with your more expensive items people are none the wiser. Plus, why pay heaps of money for plain stuff when you can get them for $20 or less.
On that note, Cotton On is really good for plain skirts/pants/tops and inexpensive too.

oh and bolero jackets are cute, but cardis will always be my first love.

yes i love cotton on...thats the best store for basics. i have about 8 plain shirts from there, in different colours. i bought a cardi yesterday, its cropped, pale blue. it doesn't seem like something i would wear, but it was on sale so what the hell...
