Booking accommodation on websites such as wotif (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I was just wondering when is the best time to book accomodation on sites such as "wtoif". I need to book hotel accommodation in sydney for a stay two weeks away. Should I do it now, or do the prices fall closer to the date??

If you want cheap places I would check out www.hostelworld.com that is the site i used to book most of my hostels when i travelled around europe/asia.
