Hey guys,

My trial exam is 2morrow so i'm totally freaking out, but i just downloaded those notes on historians from this site, and i think they've made a mistake.

For those who have read it, it says that Marc Bloch from the annales school came up with the 3 spans of time: geographical, social, individual. But it's BRAUDEL who came up with it! Braudel was the one who studied the Mediterranean and Philip II. Or am i wrong? I'm quite sure the notes are wrong...can someone back me up on that or is it just me being insane from all the stress/studying? haha

Yes, Braudel, expanded on the idea of l'histoire evenementielle, not Bloch, nor Febre. As the Annales school was concerned with total history, they saw history of events and individuals as superficial.
