Can I still order a raw mark report after the results is released? If I feel like some of my answer have not been marked by the BOS?

Yes you can, but you can also order a HSC Results Check (http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/hsc-results/services.html#results-check), which costs $30 for English Standard and Advanced, and $15.50 for any other course.

Oh thanks alot....but if there's a mistake and my ATAR already released. Is it possible to change my ATAR back?

Yes it is, and it has done on occasion in the past. I recall a thread earlier last year/early this year about somebody having their ATAR increased slightly due to having a booklet in their paper not being marked.
