Mum just borrowed it from the local library and thought I'd like it.
Anybody read it? What did you think of it?

Also, if you wanted a good read I'd suggest "The Light Of Other Days" by Arthur C. Clarke and Stephen Baxter. Despite that it's sci-fi I'd recommend it to all :D

That ended in 2008. New novel is frankenstein with blade runner.

its a shame though, BNW is one of the rare english texts that is actually decent

its worth a read though. huxley is a great writer and the ending is brilliant

I read BNW it's very similar to BR. Pretty good book.

I'm disappointed. I did Brave New World in year ten, and would have loved to have done it for HSC!

i read BNW and loved it but i think id classify it more as dystopian fiction than sci-fi it just seems like a genre involving more tractorbeams than GE/classical conditioning etc
