Bridging courses and interstate uni (1 Viewer)

So essentially, if someone wants to do Bachelor of Biomedicine, which according to the website it has Prerequisites of either Adv Eng/Ext 1 Eng/ Ext 2 Eng and Chemistry and Maths/MX1/MX2. The person has done 4u English so that's well covered and chemistry to the end of yr 12. However they only did mathematics for yr 11 and haven't met that pre requisite.

So if they do a bridging course in mathematics in NSW will the uni of Melb count that as furfilling the pre req or alternatively, does the Uni of Melb let them bridge in the equivalent of maths methods to furfill the pre req?
