Research and class test
RESEARCH 30 MARKS:

You are to research the balance sheets (financial reportrs/annual reports) of one business. You need to obtain balance sheets for TWO CONSECUTIVE years
Question 1:
calculate the following rations for EACH of the two years
a) Current ratio (4 marks)

b) Solvency ratio (4 marks)

c) Return on owner's equity ratio (4 marks)

Question 2:
Compare each pair of ratios (for the two consecutive years) and analyse the implications of your findings for the management of the business (6-12 lines on each ratio) (18 marks)
