Cafs - irp log? (1 Viewer)

So I lost my assessment sheet just after cleaning my room.. Apparently being organised makes me lose things I shouldn't..
I have absolutely no idea what the heck a log is or how to do one.. Someone please helpppppppppppppp?

Lol, I know the feeling at times!

For your log it is like diary entries about what you ended up doing each day towards your IRP/ problems experienced/your feelings towards the IRP/ any research that you conducted. If you wanted you could purchase a diary and write this up or if you are experienced with technology you could create a blog for your teacher.
